My go to spiritual shop for incense and crystals. The prices have increased lately so sometimes it makes more sense to go to the market in the city centre to get certain items. The shop has a nice and earthy atmosphere and the staff are usually happy to help.

I ordered a handpainted birdbox from this company. When it arrived i was astounded at the poor quality of the handpainting. It really was bad. The handpainted cats were so poorly executed (by a local artist apparently), that it looked more like a young child's work. I was told i could return at my own expense!!! It was less than satisfactory... I decided to repaint it myself, i am no artist but did a better job. I will never ordrr from this company again. Bad product, terrible customer service!

Terrible customer service experience. Staff are unhelpful and have attitude. Literally the opposite of what you would expect from a shop like that. After reading the other 1 star reviews I totally agree with them! Crystals are not good quality.

Great little shop not far from the old custard factory in DigbethImportant thing to say prices are really good sometimes these type of shops 10 to milk queue on the prices but not at the Zen.Purchased a few things and the daughter she was so impressed ended up going back with a mum the following day well worth a trip if you’re in the area

Service is unhelpful not welcoming warm or inviting at all the crystals are really over priced they should feel ashamed I couldn't even say they had anything worth the prices they want I feel gutted I even came here the experience wasn't worth the money if you can find another place go there this is over priced fake crystals some of them dyed honestly feel like I've been robbed never again

ok i see other people had bad experiences with them i placed order with them with their on line shop whole month they are playing with me i still haven’t received my items after whole month and i keep emailing them the person dont seem to care that is responsible for shipments when i call their store one guy that answered the phone screamed in my ear absolutely rude i will be scared to do anything with this people how can they call them self zen shop nothing zen over here

I support independent small business. I knew what I want and didn't need help, but was offered advice, what was very nice.Come back with few crystals what I don't have yet.Love crystal bowls and tibethan singing bowls-but not in my budget.Great selection of books and Tarot, Angel, Oracle cards.Will visit every time when I am in Birmingham.
