My Duster was in for its first service. I was able to book an appointment quickly, the cost and what was involved was clearly explained. I was able to wait whilst the service was carried out and they even washed the car. The team on the service desk were helpful, courteous and very knowledgeable.

All service was excellent. We booked our test drive in advance and Morgan Powell took us out. Based on the experience we ordered the car there and then.Morgan kept in touch through the long wait for the car to leave the factory and moved things along for us very quickly when it did arrive.I was impressed we got a choice of registration plate, and the ceremonial unveiling of the car.My father-in-law recently bought the same car from Cardiff Dacia, which I collected. The collection process in Fish Brothers and explanation of the car was much more professional.

Advertised Mobility scheme, but you ask, and they don't do it in Swindon. I was sent too Reading to find out. They don't build cars with auto ramps for their cars. Still wanted me to have a Mobility scheme for a new car. ..... Then, I'm sent too the Midlands to have car converted to have a ramp that's automatic and pay more.It would be nice if you could provide all our needs with a one-off cost mr fish brothers and build that in to the government pay back Mobility allowance.Not good to be sent all over the country. Wiltshire, Berkshire, Midlands.Can you find a bit of help for us, as you like to sell us a car. Van type maybe better...Q

The key card display on the dashboard on the way home stated that the batteries were flat. I thought this was something that would have been part of the service as I did not feel safe to use the car until I bought new batteries.

It was repaired on the same day, been informed after diagnose about the issue and price, and if I want to go ahead, I received a new car to loan on the day (paid for it). It took a while to get the appointment as it was busy and then it was the Christmas break. Overall, happy customer (wish the repair prices were lower)

As always Fish Brothers were fine. Disappointed with part exchange offer on a Duster they had sold me and serviced. Got much better offer from ‘we buy any car’ would have thought Dacia would want to keep their cars in the network.

The receptionist was very helpful and made sure all was attended to regarding paper work.Very efficient and reliable service. I would have given 5 stars if the boot of the car had have been vacume too. Unfortunately this was missed but the rest was great!

Your showroom is lovely, your salesman was friendly, not pushy and could answer ALL my questions. My part exchange was handled well and my personal number plate will soon be on my new car thanks to the salesman who handled the tricky part for me.
