The staff are truly the lifeblood of AgentOs - they are fantastic. The software is excellent and the accounts and property management function is the best i have seen in 15 years.

We have used this system for years, it was a great system at the outset but the more ‘improvements’ that are made, the less user friendly it has become. Simple tasks such as emailing clients now takes many clicks for example, multiple property landlord notes get mixed up, no mandatory reports available ie RSW even though the company is Welsh!. The customer service has fallen significantly over the past 12 months or so, absolutely no people skills, only IT. If anyone is looking for a software system this isn’t something I would recommend, there are now far better systems available that have been created more recently which have better functionality, instead of trying to constantly upgrade an old one.

A very helpful team that supports you through your business growth. Nothing is too much trouble and the ability to adapt and build your business with the package and support available is second to none. I have built a previous management database over the last 12 years and asked them to assist me with a new business. I have seen great enhancements in the modern version of the database and would recommend this to any lettings business.

I have used AgentOS for a number of years. The system is robust and easy to navigate, this added to the fact you have all of the information you need in one place, saves time and allows a more streamline system for my rental portfolio. If you get stuck, the training is brilliant. More recently I have needed to lean on the support team due to the loss of a key member of staff. I can honestly say that the support team, including Gareth, Jake, Elise & Jade are absolutely phenomenal. I would highly recommend the software and the company as a whole.
