Honestly such fantastic care and attention. Picked up my glasses yesterday and I love them! Highly recommend them all here everyone cared from the optometrist, to the whole staff shop front. So thank you. And you are right the glasses are edgy and fabulous

Updated Review:I used the Essilor Stellest Lenses and got them from here at Eye Express. My recent checkup appointment revealed the lenses had worked and my vision had stabilized and did not get worse like it usually does! I am very content with the outcome, I would definitely recommend Eye Express. The staff are hard working, polite and professional. Thank you!

Took my mum in for her eye test today. Great service all round. Optician Mr gurd was extremely patient with my elderly mum and took the time to answer all her questions K and Tat on front desk also really helpful would defo recommend.

My mom and I went into the store today, and was served by K. He was so friendly and polite and really helped us in deciding what glasses to take. Overall, it was a really great experience and conversation. We have been customers of eye express for many years now, and this experience has really topped them all. Came here few weeks ago for a diabetic eye screening. Wasn’t impressed.Receptionist asked me to sit and the man will call me in, in a few minutes. While waiting I could see lots of others waiting. One lady got up to say she had been waiting a long time for a diabetic eye test and her son was getting very unsettled. .. it was all very crowded and looked like staff wasn’t sure who was next.I waited half hour then decided to leave and re book else where.Not had this sort of wait before for a diabetic eye test. Especially when you have to have the drops put in the eyes and wait 15/20 mins.I wouldn’t go there for any eye test or glasses.

Stopped by for some help as l stupidly sat on my glasses damaging them! Arina was very helpful and sorted it out on a complimentary basis snd thankfully my glasses are still wearable. So grateful for her helpfulness and professionalism. Would definitely recommend!

I had a problem with my specs whilst visiting Birmingham on Saturday 22/04/23. As they were nearby I visited Eye Express at One Stop on Walsall Road and spoke to Arina. Despite my specs being from another opticians she was only too happy to help and sorted them out quickly and efficiently for me.Absolutely excellent service!If they’re that good with customers from their rivals, their service to their own customers must be fantastic. If I lived locally I would definitely be going back for my next check up and to buy my next glasses from them.Thank you Arina and Eye Express at One Stop, Birmingham.
