The new big cheesy very disappointed we cheese sauce it looked liked powder sauce and tasted revolting and it was all through burger asked for no lettuce and got lettuce and when it arrived it was cold everything else at I ordered was good just big cheesy was disappointed

Food cold, service was awful. Silly little blonde letting the place down. Tables and cooking area a mess, like a bomb had gone off. Lots of staff standing around. They need half the staff but with motivated individuals

Food was terrible and service was shocking. Took 20minutes to get our food out to us and they forgot half the order. 3 out of 4 of us that ate the food were violently ill the next day. Would definitely not recommend and will avoid this place in future.

Today I went in for dinner with my family and I am very satisfied with the service. As soon as we entered the restaurant the employee named Andy who greeted us with a smile, making us feel welcome. When we had an issue with our order he was quick to correct it and made it a pleasant experience for us. Thank you Andy for the amazing service you delivered us!

Ordered off McDonald’s app, delivery came half missing, called up because they make it and deliver it apparently not their problem! Gave me a dummy number to get a refund which was just to get me off the phone,Our chicken selects looked as if they were sent back for someone else and missing 2 of them, missing chicken dippers and 20 chicken nuggets, unable to get refund so I’m my opinion waste of money doing here! Not the first time and it won’t be their last but for us it’s definitely our last time coming- what a joke of an accomplishment get a grip

I placed an order which was delivered but upon opening, the receipt was correct but the order inside was completely wrong. Not the drivers fault as package's are sealed before leaving the premises. It was obviously a staff member who placed the wrong order in the wrong bag, incompetence on the managers part who has left 2 families to source another meal with them or somewhere else without accepting any liability.Utter shambles of a business.

Disgusting. I would never go back.People's ordered food everywhere they was making up the orders faster than it was given. Most of the food was sat there 20minsTo top it off the place was dirty - food, rubbish everywhere. When I did see staff on the floor they sat down n removed one tray between them and went behind the counter. Plus staff running out the drive in was stepping over rubbish. What a Total joke.

We had more issues with getting a table at Giovannis than any other hotel we stayed at. Staff on the other hand were fabulous. Wasn't happy to have to go buy my own fan. Room got stuffy. Was difficult getting luggage to our rooms. Doors at ends of each hallway for several lengths. Gave an 80's ski resort vibe for the 2020's.
