Popped in today and the female sales assistant (so sorry I didn’t get her name!) was absolutely lovely.She was patient and helpful and I left with several items and will be back for more. Great customer service ⭐️

Absolutely fantastic service. Was a bit stressed picking an engagement ring and wedding rings however all the staff made it easy and comforting for me. I came in the 1st time to get an idea of what I wanted and the staff were all extremely helpful. I was also pointed to a few offers which really helped match my budget!I returned to make the purchase and even required a few changes which were seamlessly and happily taken care of by Leanne - the manager there! I was really happy with all staff and the rings I purchased and the prices I paid.This experience definitely helped ease the pressure of an upcoming wedding.Thank you!

Staff are the issue at this store. No customer service skills. Rude , abrupt and not at all approachable. On two visits to the store, encountered exactly the same service.Won't be going back and such a shame that training hasn't been put in place to ensure staff value customers and recognise the importance of customer service.
