Cloud Nine Travel

We have just arrived from a two week holiday in Mauritius and Dubai. I have used Travel Agents before but I feel the assurances provided by Ebrahim @ CloudNineTravel have been exemplary, as he has been approachable, conscientious and knowledgeable, when booking the holiday.The hotel in Mauritius was picturesque, we had milestones that we were celebrating and this was more than accomodated for during our stay, making it a very special trip even though we weren’t traditional honeymooners.Although, not a reflection of Ebrahim:- the only issues we had were minor:1. Expenses at the hotel especially around billing for items that werent used - we would expect due care and attention from a luxury rated hotel.2. We had issues with early then usual check-in/check-out etc. We did raise this with the hotel management and was definitely a learning experience for us in general.3. I would also not recommend using SummerTimes for transfers as we were put in a shared taxi and they weren’t able to accomodate a change in our travel plans prior to our departure.Overall, despite some of the reviews on the internet, we felt the holiday was amazing.I am postive that we shall be using Cloud Nine Travel again in the future.Thanks to Ebrahim and team.

Jzk to the cloud nine team for booking us our dream holiday! The resort in Maldives was absolutely perfect, it was like waking up in a dream everyday!The island had so much to do and such a huge variety of food choices at the restaurants, we definitely made the most of it!The hotel in Dubai was also one of the best hotels we have been to, the infinity pool on the rooftop was definitely a highlight!It was well and truly an unforgettable honeymoon. The service and communication from cloud nine after booking up until we were back was unmatched, and we will be back to book our future holidays IA!

Another amazing holiday booked with Cloud 9 Travel. It’s so straight forward to have everything done for you, they find you a great price and make sure you’re going to a lovely hotel. Jumeriah Zabeel Saray was amazing, it was the perfect beach holiday and at times it didn’t even feel like we were in Dubai. Our second hotel was Sofitel Downtown Dubai and this ticked all the boxes in terms of location for a city hotel with everything a taxi ride or metro stop away. 
We had the best time in Dubai again & look forward to booking more holidays in the future.

Most definitely glad I booked my honeymoon through Cloud Nine Travel. Arif and Ebrahim were both very helpful in helping me decide, gave a clear breakdown of everything and also arranged for the best of spots. The upgrades and views we got from our hotel were simply phenomenal. They can’t be beaten on prices and you definitely get value for your money! Will most certainly be using their services again in the future!

Excellent service from start to finish. We booked our holiday to Mauritius and Dubai and it was Amazing! Alhumdullillah! We were very well looked after! Room upgrades were offered at both hotels and welcome drinks and a romantic dinner. Arif thank you so much for being patient with me! I kept changing my mind about the hotel in mauritius. Arif was very patient and not pushy at all. To help me make my decision I spoke to ebrahim, who again was very helpful and answered all my queries and put my mind at ease. We Will definitely be using cloudnine again inshaallah for our future bookings!

Cloud nine were fantastic from start to finish organising our anniversary getaway to Maldives and Dubai. Communication is a key part in they were very swift in doing so. Last min arrangements that we wanted were dealt with by them with ease. Overall, we are absolutely delighted we booked our holiday with Cloud Nine and will be doing so again in the future. Amazing experience, the whole booking procedure was so smooth. Ibrahim kept in contact the whole time, even when I had a few questions whilst we were on the trip.Amazing honeymoon amenities such as free massages, room upgrades & romantic baths given by the hotel.Would defo recommend cloud 9 for any future holiday / honeymoons!!
