I had contacted a few Leak Detection companies and Reinstate stood out as approachable, friendly and helpful. Andrew quickly arranged for his colleague Jordan to attend, and our leak was found within a couple of hours. This was impressive as we live in a converted Mill where faults can be difficult to find. Jordan found the leak with minimal disturbance and all was left clean and tidy. Would definitely use Reinstate again and would highly recommend.

Andrew and Gary successfully negotiated with the insurers on my behalf to secure reimbursement to complete all the work that needed doing without any shortcuts. All the necessary repairs were done to a very high standard. I wouldn’t have been able to do this on my own. Excellent communication all round. Thank you.

Earlier this year we had the misfortune to suffer a leak from a corroded flexi pipe under the bathroom sink. I identified what I thought was the required work and posted adverts for various traders to complete repair works. One of those I approached was Reinstate who, following a site visit, quickly identified other damage that I had not picked up (this was evidenced).Reinstate were excellent in that they identified all work that was required and liaised with the insurers to quickly and easily agree a schedule of works. One of my concerns was whether work would be completed by specific tradesmen and not ‘general contractors’ however they used dedicated electricians, plasterers and joiners. The work has been completed to a very high standard and should you ever be in the unfortunate position of requiring extensive repair work following an insured incident I would certainly recommend using Reinstate.

Andrew and James took all the hassle out of my insurance claim and accommodated my physical mobility by their caring support. They organised the whole renewal of a kitchen due to a water leak and did extra work (re-site part of old kitchen as utility area) to ensure I was happy. Their workers were very tidy and polite, with very high standards of workmanship. Andy the kitchen fitter, was excellent, working long hours to ensure the quality was bespoke and outstanding. Communications were very good too, as Katie in the office kept me in the loop (via email and phone calls) regarding day to day works, and emails from Andrew & James kept me updated on Insurance progress and general management of the schedule of works. I absolutely love my new kitchen which suits my limited mobility with lighter opening doors, higher benches and just generally more ergonomic.

New Year 2018 and horrible water damage at home. We were lucky enough to have sensible Insurance Brokers who appointed Concept Building Solutions to deal with our claim.The damage was just awful and the house felt upside down until 24 hours later when Andrew arrived and just took the problem on himself, from keeping me calm, assessing the damage and chatting it all through, being there when the Loss Adjuster from the Insurance Company came, providing amazing tradesman who even came out on Sunday! Unheard of.Andrew knows many excellent tradesman who can do fantastic quality work for him at the drop of a hat.I even had a wedding photo damaged and he has managed to get the negative from 25 years ago for a re print.I am certain that without Andrews help we would still be in a mess, instead we are now back to normal.Eddie the joiner/carpenter was so professional my in laws have used him for a new kitchen floor and have again be truly delighted, he was clean, tidy, polite and with excellent workmanship.Andrew is hardworking, honest and reliable, does exactly what he says he will do and goes the extra mile,I am incredibly grateful for his efforts. We had, what turned out to be a severe water leak, in our cloakroom. Andrew sent someone straight away to assess the issue, dried the room and then re-installed a new vanity unit all within a few weeks- re-utilising everything that could be salvaged. We had a minor issue with the final invoice which Andrew corrected immediately. Hopefully no more leaks but wouldn't hesitate to call upon Andrew/Reinstate if the need arises.
