Fantastic service. I somehow got my new Acer Nitro 5 into an Automatic Repair loop. I tried every fix I could find online and with my limited skills was unsuccessful. Gave John a call, drove over to him, left it for 90 minutes. He fixed it, removed unwanted bloatware, updated Windows which I was unaware I was not on the latest update and did this all in a timely fashion and for a very acceptable fee. I will definitely go to him should I need help in the future and Highly recommend his services.

We use Tech Help for all our computer and networking needs. John is brilliant, he even helped us move offices! He set up from scratch all our new network, cables the lot and got us up and running on a Sunday of all days. Nothing is too much trouble, every time we ring him with a problem he is there. Would highly recommend Tech Help to anyone.

We bought our son a new graphics card for his birthday but couldn’t get it working, even after hours of hanging on the phone and speaking to the PC supplier. John sorted the issue really quickly and our son is delighted.

John is a very nice person to deal with and very good at what he does. I have had him out a few times now for several things including upgrading my hard drive to SSD and full restoration from external backups after HD failure. I can recommend him, in fact I have just passed his number on to my brother whos power pack has just broken.

Tech help are by far the best place around. I have used other companies locally which were terrible and could not even fix the problem. Had serious issues with my PC and needed to get back up and running asap, John was fast and efficient and nothing was too much trouble. He was so easy to talk too and I would have been lost without his help. Will be using Tech help in future.

A brilliant service from John. Had an issue with case of tablet and left it with John to pick up following day. Got a call within the hour to say it was already done and, even better, at half the price than we had agreed!A great find and one I will return to if the need arises.

Tech Help didn't even charge me. He gave me advice over the phone because the problem was actually not to do with my computer, it was a browser issue. He was friendly, helpful and I'll definitely go back when something comes up.
