Awful awful person. So rude and was shouting at me because I wasn’t sure how the parcel system is used. Horrible horrible person. Never met anyone so nasty!

The worst supermarket I've ever visited. It doesn't deserve to be in business. The person working there was incredibly rude, especially to women. His behaviour was very disrespectful. I would have rated lower than one star if possible.

Went in to collect a Yodel parcel- The shop onwer made every effort to ruin my day by being extremely arrogant and rude. He is literary poisonous !!!I would highly recommended to stear well clear of this shop...Definitely not returning!

Very rude guy ! Tried to post parcels by yodel and asked to stick labels while I'm in a shop but was refused and offered to go and post somewhere else. Even he scan a barcode and I can't reuse barcode in other shop. Very disappointed as this kind people simply don't know what is good customer service. I even offered myself to stick labels but apparently I was teaching him how to do his job.

Very rude and arrogant person on the till.The way they treated my colleague who went there to collect a parcel was unbelievable and unacceptable.They don’t deserve to be in business.

One man behind the till, possibly the owner or a manger, should not be working with the public. He is rude, have no respect, miserable human being. Will never used them as a delivery pick up point, nor will I ever purchase anything from there.

I recently had the misfortune of visiting MH Supermarket, and I feel compelled to share my profoundly disappointing experience. While I had high hopes for a pleasant shopping trip, the rudeness displayed by the staff left me with a sour taste in my mouth.
