The receptionist are very uncaring and very unhelpful.I would not recommend the attimore vets to anyone.They are a rip off .I took my cat for his annual vacation at a cost of 115.00 pounds he had one injection.and made an appointment for four weeks later for him to have his booster.but I was unable to make appointment so rang up to advise them and all I got was this snotty receptionist who said they had no more appointments untill September ,And I would have to pay another 115.00pounds which I refused to pay so I asked for my 115.00 pounds back which I paid for.they refused to refund me.they are very rude unhelpful and uncaring they just rip people off they are in the wrong business I would not recommend the attimore vets to anyone

I have a very old cat who has stopped grooming her self. Her fur has become very matted . When I took my cat for its annual check up . I was surprised that the Italian lady vet spent a long time brushing and shaving the knots out of my cats fur and cutting her claws. She sang an Italian song to my cat as she was giving her the check up which my cat seemed to enjoy .

After as a family being with various Attimore branches for over 20yrs! we decided to leave as good vets were leaving and practice near us closing and they made changes to their emergency services.The reason I’m writing this is that when I told them I would be moving my dogs to another practice and spoke to 3 different staff, not one of them asked why or said sorry to hear that. This was disappointing and sad after us giving them so much business. Then today my mother also told them she was moving and she got the same reply, even when telling them that it’s a shame and sad, still no sorry to see you go.Sums up how we’ve felt, they are happy to charge a lot and take your money. Pleased we are with a better vets now and feel sorry for the one good vet left there who I cannot fault.

We've been with Attimore for a number of years, for both of our cats (now just one), and our puppy. They are fantastic! All the ladies on reception are lovely and make a fuss of our puppy whenever we see them. Michelle is really kind and is often juggling to fit us in. Lilly (vet), always goes the extra mile and is always a reassuring presence. Their out of hours service has always been helpful and they deal with claims really quickly! Thank you from all of us! :)

Unfortunately one of my rats had fallen very ill from a brain tumour and I made the decision it was time for him to be pts. I’d like to say thank you to Attimore vets for making this rough situation as comfortable as it could be. They were gentle and understanding and I’m glad I picked the right vets to register with. They got him in as soon as they could before we came to the conclusion it was a brain tumour, and just days later they got me back in so quickly when I knew it was his time. The practice feels welcoming and so friendly. Thank you to those who saw pippin and was gentle and supportive in this. I’m glad he’s now comfortable now. The receptionists play such a big role too and ace it. Thank you.

Highly recommended Practice. Very Professional], caring and do not push you to buy.The waiting room might be cold looking | easier to clean but everyone else is so warm and welcoming …..

We came to Attimore when Angel’s vets retired. She is a senior dog with health issues. From first phoning, walking in and meeting the vets we have found them to be so warm, friendly, kind and professional. Very happy to be with Attimore and are delighted with the care Angel has received.

Only just joined this vet they are very efficient and appointment availability is good. I had a delay to one appointment but kept me informed due to vet being needed in a emergency.

Brilliant service. Vet Rebecca was great with my old cat, she gave excellent advice and talked us through each procedure explaining cost before hand as well as checking that we were happy.The Vet was very good and loving towards our pet.Ladies on reception were very sincere and everyone was very kind.
