Was sent a letter saing my first payment would be received 3 days after signing on. It wasn't until I called to advise them that I hadn't received any payment that I was told that you now dont get paid for the first week of a claim. Utterly disgraceful. Employees of this organization should be ashamed of themselves

They don't accept tardives of just 1 minute but it doesn't seem to bother them to make us wait for 15 minutes!

Shocking experience. I thought these people were meant to advise you, to guide you, to help you to find a job. They just ask you if you need a benefit and they send you away. Humiliating.
