1st sandwich was frozen in the middle, second egg sandwich had hard bread, changed for a heated sandwich which thankfully edible.Completely stale cinnamon bin rounds off a really awful lunchSad to say never again will I go to Costa, where is the manager to make sure that food is at its best.

Typical of the Costa brand. Comforting to know what you are getting when you order. Staff are particularly friendly, and it was quiet enough to sit and enjoy some reading.

Overall a good experience. Service was fast and polite. Costas coffee although always lacks a depth of taste and as always was particularly acidic
