Bear Cross Dental Practice

Awful practice, reception team are morons, especially Kia or whatever her name is. Working with the public isn't for her, maybe a morgue or a prison guard would be more suitable. They cancel appointments at the drop of a hat but if you as a patient need to cancel due to sickness you get fined. Not to mention it's very dirty. Rather let my teeth drop out than set foot back in there.

I was able to procure an emergency appointment and saw a dentist who prescribed antibiotics . I was due to go back after my holiday but had to cancel as I was I’ll, I am epileptic and I cannot afford to get infections as this causes seizures , but they struck me off and then sent me the two stroke policy letter but I had only had one. My daughter was to be seen in June but they struck her off without being seen and she has adhd and autism and is being seen by hospital about braces but she. Needs a dentist . Talk dentists have gone private and people on UC are made to feel inadequate and the standard of tooth decay is getting worse ! I did discuss several times with the reception team and they liased with the dentist but he declined to see us. Not bothered by me as much but my daughter has braces and has to be seen regularly and she will have to have her jaw broken and surgery performed but we cannot find a dentist who is NHS so do t really know what we can do

This is a very caring practice. I was very anxious about an extraction but I really had no need to be. It was a quick, gentle and pain free experience carried out with the highest professional expertise and sensitivity - thanks so much for your care over many years.

I have attended this surgery for some years now and always received good serviceRecently I telephoned with toothache one afternoon and was given an appt the following day despite the fact that the surgery was technically closed by then.Couldn’t have received better treatment!Many thanks to Dr Parvin and all the team

My dentist Hossein and his fantastic personal assistants as well as professional and very friendly reception staff, have always provided me with a first class service. Bear Cross Dental Practice and staff working there has changed way I look at Dentist and practices.Starting with reception Team whom took the time to explain documentation, checked all the details and took time with me.Moving on the Dentist and Nurse whom was assisting. They were Fantastic. I had really detailed examination, followed up with treatment planned explained. During procedure itself I have always been asked if I comfortable and not in pain.Practice itself look and smelled clean.I also have got my Child registered in the practice. Would recommend to anyone and everyone 10 out 10

Rudest receptionist I've ever encountered, I had a cold sore so had to cancel same-day, she was unbelievable rude and I felt like I was being told off like a little school girl, she was so rude to me I never went back, only reason I made another appointment is because I couldn't find another dentist.The dental care was good once you have dealt with the horrendous reception.
