I can't speak too highly of Jake's workmanship. He went the extra mile to discover why our Aga kept going slow. When he knew he was going to be delayed, he texted in advance to apologise and let me know exactly when he would arrive. He may have saved us from an oil leak which would have been disastrous.

Very good. Jake was highly recommended to us. We wanted a log burner. Which seemed simple enough, until we started investigating the chimney breast it would go in. We then went on a journey of discovery which Jake navigated superbly and very professionally. It involved a lot of masonry removal, advice on the chimney (which needed rebuilding), installation of the liner, advice and installation of the hearth, advice and installation on the correct burner, advice and installation of the finish around the burner, advice, sourcing, making and installation of the mantle piece. We are extremely happy with the finish.We are looking forward to working with Jake on a number of other projects in future including servicing the current oil boiler, fixing plumbing leaks, installation of a new bathroom and installation of a new hot water and heating system.

Jake was straight on the case when I got hold of him. It was late evening and the boiler broke down and he was out to us within half an hour and had it back up and running. Since then also had him service the boiler. Was very punctual on timings. Top ServiceHighly recommended.

Heavers has been looking after our Rayburn, chimney sweeps and boiler for many years and I wouldn't trust anyone else. They have done our chimney sweeps, Rayburn servicing, boiler servicing, installed a new wireless heating system and a new boiler installation. Upon the old boiler failing, the new boiler was installed incredibly quickly. The service is fantastic and I would recommend Heavers to everyone I know.

Jake was recommended to me by a friend. He originally came to deal with my extremely temperamental Aga, which he did. He has since sorted our hot water thermostat and various other bits and pieces. He always gives good advice, is honest and incredibly knowledgeable.

How to simple problem with the boiler that I had no idea how to tackle, I called up and he suggested a video call on WhatsApp and he walked me through the steps on how to fix the problem. He was very patient and informative. Got the issue resolved within half an hour. Couldn't recommend this guy enough. X
