Although the meal was good, after discovering an overcharge, drinks charged for but not ordered, I phoned to sort it out but they were too busy to discuss, so someone would phone back, of course that didn't happen so I had to go there to get a refund. This was grudgingly done by getting the exact amount from the till, not even rounding lt up as I'd made a journey there and not too much of an apology.Unfortunately a lost customer through some bad customer service.

We stayed at the Dewdrop over the weekend because we were going to a wedding nearby. The room was lovely and very clean, and the breakfast was delicious. The staff were very nice. I would highly recommend it. There's a nice garden view from the rooms.

Had an excellent meal at this lovely restaurant /pub. Menu was interesting and food was excellent and beautifully presented. Staff were friendly, charming, helpful and efficient. Decor is very nice and a lovely atmosphere.

Friends had booked in to visit me, they said the rooms are really nice & they overlook the garden. I decided to take them there for a meal on Saturday evening. It was packed out & we did have to wait a while for our food but it was worth it! It's not one of the cheapest to eat at but they also do 'bar meals'. Marshmallow gin fizz went down a treat!

Had a really brilliant stay here. Room was comfortable with a garden view. Food was absolutely delicious. Service was first class especially Antonio who was friendly, charming and very customer focused. Will definitely stay here again!

Perfect haven with great food, service, and a well stocked bar to suit most tastes. Staff fantastic, they really go above and beyond, with nothing being too much trouble. 10 minutes drive from Worcester City centre (we used Copenhagen car park £5 for 4 hours and 2 mins. walk to High Street). Rooms clean and very comfy, with a great shower. Only 1 room is above ground level. Meals served from 8 am for breakfast and from 12-8 for all others. Nice beer garden, with most of the rooms having a door straight into the garden. Lovely stay, with this being our 2nd visit. Thank you, we will be back.

Stayed there after the malvern show, from the moment you arrive extremely polite, friendly and helpful. Beautiful clean hotel with very good rooms. We ate in the restaurant at night, the food was exceptional, using high quality produce, at very fair prices, the bar was also a very nice area. Another nice feature is that the bedroom was on ground level with doors leading out onto lawns. A very enjoyable stay, we immediately booked for another 2 nights
