Absolutely NO! He took my money, my TV and I've never seen my TV or my money again! Left me with nothing! Also, tried to scam me over the phone by asking my bank details and CVV. Avoid and report if that happened to you as well!

Tony repair my soundbar in a timely manner. I have an expensive sound system but cannot find anyone to repair it when it is faulty.I found Tonytech and i took it to them. They gave me reasonable quote and was repair on time. Happy customer.

Prompt, friendly and excellent service. Repaired two televisions(a Samsung & a Sharp) for less than the price of a mid-range new TV. Was also happy to give advice on non-TV (or IT) related issues. Guaranteed work for three months. Will use again and would recommend.

I had a bad experience with this company. The lamp on the TV needed to be replaced as the engineer mention in his quote (My TV went black all screen). After agreed to pay labour and the new lamp, the TV wasn't proper fix (Attached pic for Reference). The engineer said that is a different problem now, therefore he didn't want to give a solution rather than charge me to get the prism changed. But this burns and scratches wasn't there before. If I knew from the beginning that I have to change the rear Lamp and prism I woudn't spend that money trying to repair the TV. I will rather buy a new one. At the end this is how he left my TV.

He is the number one cheater guy.please people don’t go this shop, he stolen my tv original parts, i attached that photo and also he try to cheat my money but i called him continuously thats the reason he gave my money. So please don’t go this shop. Save you product and money.

Excellent service from Tony tech. Our Panasonic Smart TV had a black screen. I took the TV into the store, the issue was promptly diagnosed and a quote was provided. A day later the back-light was replaced and TV was ready for collection. I couldn't be more satisfied with the amazing service. I would definitely recommend Tony tech and use again in the future.Thank you!
