Have been a customer of green thumb for several years. Results, were satisfactory but not spectacular. I paid £23 per treatment 4 times a year.Today I received a letter informing me that due to price rises for the business they will have to increase customers prices. That I understand and appreciate.One thing I don't accept is when businesses try to rip off their customers.Greenthumb have raised prices by 25% this in my opinion is extremely excessive. By hiking prices so much you have now lost my custom and many others will follow I imagine.I understand times are tough for a lot of people but a 25% increase for what a lot of people seem to be a Mon essential service is massively excessive. I have cancelled and will look for a more competitively priced provider.

If I could score no stars I would. This company is a joke, been ringing and emailing for two weeks with no response. They have ruined my lawn.

Had green thumb to save my lawn but after no improvement I cancelled. They kept turning up and I had to turn them away. Now they keep sending me debt letters. Convenient how they don’t have recorded calls when it’s to cancel. Absolute joke of a company.

Rang them 6 times an they told me I would get an email to text to come an look at my garden never had either an they were highly recommended so I had to go somewhere else
