Recently hired a sherpa tipper with bucket and forks as well as a Takeuchi TB216 Hybrid excavator. Having used the competition previously x 2 who couldn't assist with my request for a slightly smaller and versatile machine, I called Kelsey Plant Hire. From the start I found them very efficient and obliging and answered any questions I had to reassure my concerns. Delivery was on the nail even though it was a mere 252 miles away and follow up phone call to check I was happy with the machines supplied. Never have I had this level of customer service from a plant hire supplier which continued throughout the job even when I had an operational question, it was dealt with promptly and referral to the appropriate department without drama.To be honest if you're thinking of using Kelsey Plant Hire, do so, I had no regrets at all and already they have quoted for additional work I have in the near future as I couldn't be bothered to approach my previous specialised supplier as I know the level of standard and price couldn't be matched

I have used FTH for digger hire multiple times in the last few years.They are welcoming to the inexperienced domestic user and the equipment is always in good condition and delivered promptly. On the one occasion I had a problem they were with me in an hour and fixed it straight away. Prices feel fair for the great service provided.

2nd time I have hire plant from Tracey and the Horsham team. Thank you for hiring me your JCB 3 ton digger and dumper, I managed to get the footings done for my DIY extension and various garden projects. Simply put Kelsey Plant Hire are the only company you need to speak to for plant hire in West Sussex, In fact they have provided machines to us in East Sussex and Surrey and have been an excellent partner in our operations as a domestic building contractor. Very helpful.Assistance to unload provided.Google however sent me to the wrong location.Its actually in the back of Searles Yard, not the housing estate Google sends you. Ignore the right turn on to Ringley Road and continue down to the mini roundabout just before the level crossing and turn right at the roundabout.
