We rented 7 bikes from LK recently. All brand new and in great working order. Loads of gears for the last ng hilly cycle we had planned. The team in LK were a great bunch of lads. So helpful. Arranged collection afterwards. Top notch service!

Rented out a bike for a day and it was amazing, the bike was super comfortable and very enjoyable to cycle, Gareth and Gavin took their time in helping me with picking out the bike I needed. Friendly and very helpful staff!

Great bike store, very friendly and helpful bunch of lads. Store is well stocked carrying all the top brands you would expect to see in a well run establishment. Store had refurbishment done in February 2023 and the space and variety of stock on show is first class.. Easly the best bike store in Ireland.Store offers everything you need for your bike wether it's a new bike second hand or maybe in for service.Keep up the great work, friendly relaxed environment with free coffee!!Well done Lk bikesG.

Not great. Poor service.Called the shop… “Do you have this?”.Shop says, “Yeah we have that”.“Ok, I’ll be there in a while.”I get to the shop…“No, actually we don’t have that”“But you said a few minutes ago that you did”“Well we have this other thing. It’s not what you asked for and it’s only twice the price. Do we have a deal?”Aye, sure, dead on!!What is the point of having a shop if the products on the website aren’t in stock, and staff are guessing?

Was doing M2M and on last day my derailleur snapped off outside Letterkenny. Rang LK Bike’s and they said they’d sort me out. When our support van got me there they had someone waiting outside to grab the bike. They repaired it within 10 minutes and I was back on the road, for a reasonable price. Very grateful
