I used Neil at EICR Aberdeen to complete the safety cert for a property I was letting out. His work was very efficient and professional. would highly recommend.

Turned up but that's where it ended. Told me that the installation had failed. When I asked him to give me a quote for rectification or recommend someone who would refused point blank. I had to get the inspection from someone else and it was all fine. Wanted his money but his work was of no use to me.

I found EICR on the internet and contacted them to see if they could carry out an Electrical Installation Condition Report and PAT testing of my 1 bedroom rental property.They could, and we agreed a time and date for the inspection. They arrived on time and carried out the necessary testing / checks. The inspection took between 2 and 3 hours.I am very happy with their professionalism and standard of their work and will use them again for any electrical work that I have.
