Accessibility here is mainly great, disabled parking at front and wheelchair accessible. Great for people with low mobility as no hidden steps or bumps.Thoroughly recommend using the screens to order for table service. This was our first time doing this and it made life much easier for us - instead of trying to carry stuff myself.Some vegan options that are customisable when using the screens to order.

Visited on the passing as fancied a cold drink. Parked up in and order and collect bay and placed order through the app for three iced frappes. Service was quick and polite. Drinks were of high quality.

Ordered a few times for delivery as always did not get everything I ordered this has happened few times now trying contact them the phone just rings out I have paid for items first time I left it get your orders correct and check them before they go out

Click & Collect app not working so i go inside and order on the machines. Had to wait around 20 minutes for my order, staff seem disinterested and when they do work prioritise the delivery drivers. Food was cold and thrown together, no straws or napkins supplied. First McDonald's in a while the poor service of this branch puts me off using others.

Ordered via the drive thru a (chicken) Big Mac, medium fries and a galaxy caramel pie. Got home to find a beef one which I cannot eat. I stay 20 mins away so not that close. Spoke to one of the managers who said they would replace my meal as it was stone cold. I then parked up to check the bag and my galaxy caramel pie was missing, so had to go around again and the manager said it would be another 6 mins and asked if I wanted to wait, I then parked up to find I had to wait only for a few mins as I did get an apology from the manager

Once again delivered the completely wrong order. What we did get was stone cold, squashed and inedible due to dietary requirements. It is not difficult to read an order then put those exact items in a bag. The end of a lovely birthday day out was ruined. So thanks for that. Not.

One of the worst McDonald's we have had, the food was just warm, and not all appetising, we only ate it because my grandchildren were hungry and didn't want to wait longer to have the food replaced.
