I came to Tia with some back problems in the middle of August, Tia has been so helpful, she is very knowledgeable, professional and realistic, so far I have seen a lot of improvement, and will continue to go to her

I went to Body Fix with a painful back and tightness in my neck and around my shoulders, i had my doubts about weather it would do anything but it was the best thing ive done for myself, Tia really knew what she was doing, made me feel comfortable and was super professional, ive been back to her recently and i have never felt so much relief, all i can say is that i will be sticking with Body Fix for the forseable future.The best in cambridgeshire.

I have been to body fix a few times now with different aches and pains and the service I have recieved has been consistently exceptional! Not only are my sore spots fixed, I'm constantly learning why I ended up that way in the first place and being advised on how to remedy and avoid those injuries in the future. 10/10 would recommend!

I have been having physio sessions/sports massage with Tia for more than a year, to help me recover from tendon inflammation . Very happy with the service and with Tia’s help I was able to get back to my normal gym routine! I now also understand a lot more about why my injuries happen and how I can prevent/minimise them. Would highly recommend!

I’m a regular customer of Bodyfix as I find Tia’s sports massage to be excellent .Her knowledge of the body and its mechanisms is outstanding and she always manages to quickly fix any training injuries Ive sustained. I would have no hesitation in recommending her to anyone with a sports related injury or just an everyday strain or pain, a very professional and competent therapist.

Tia is brilliant ...got straight to my problem (lower back) and relieved the pain with deep tissue massage ....I am a 70 year old man who has punished his body with sports and general 'living the life' !! I highly recommend this lovely and sympathetic lady ...She is thoroughly professional and knows her stuff !!!!

Tia is great. I punish my old body with exercise, she inflicts lots of pain and then I feel great so I can punish my old body with exercise again! She really gets into the areas of tightness so that they recover.
