RR London

I bought a used LR Discovery 3 mid 2020 from a dealer who disappeared a month later leaving many customers with faulty vehicles. Although the car had a great history and only 2 previous owners, the car has been tempered with: instrument cluster LCD screen broken, terrain response system and suspension controls disconnected, handbrake shoes not properly adjusted, parking sensor & reverse light not working, radio not working, etc.Konrad and the guys in the garage did the painstaking job to look into all the issues until they found the root of every single one of them. They gave me a reasonable price on sorting everything and bringing the car back to the original LR specs. It has been a few weeks now and the car has been working like a dream, the suspension system is smooth as butter, the radio & sound system are amazing, they even washed the car and handed it over all clean and shiny - could not be happier with the RR London team!Thanks guys and wish you all the best going forwards,Bálint

Called when dealer said three weeks to even look. In the next day and returned in good time. Identified the fault, and found something else that needed doing - supplying video evidence. Great guys doing a proper job. No BS on the invoice just thorough explanations at decent prices. Give them a call before looking elsewhere.

Absolutely amazing. Carlos and Arthur you are the best. They will give you a car back like you just bought it brand new. They will only carry out the work that needed and they won't add unnecessary parts on. I found their service outstanding and my Velar drives now like has 0 mileage. I recommend them.

I was thrilled to read such great reviews but unfortunately despite several attempts over the last month to communicate on their contact us" page I had not managed to experience them for myself.UPDATE: I was correct in assuming this was just a glitch.very fast positive response from Konrad at RRLondon - they were having issues with their web contact form.I was down there with my ailing RRsport Supercharge within days.They are very friendly and very thorough. Sent me a video of the health check they conducted on the vehicle and sent me an estimate for everything that one could put right from faded badges to more urgent mechanical faults.the work I needed was done quickly and to first class standard....and at a very reasonable price compared to even non specialist garages in this area.My advice in this review is quite simple. If you have a Range Rover in London and have an issues with it or service required take it to RR London."

This place is heavenly.As other RR owners might agree, London is a hostile place for premium car ownership. So after having my car keyed and the mirrors kicked off, coming here was a nice and welcome surprise. Not getting ripped off, decent prices, transparent assessment of the damage and fast turnaround.The car was cleaned before hand-off. Love this place.

My advice in this review is quite simple. If you have a Range Rover in London and have an issues with it or service required take it to RR London.I made the mistake of going to another 'local garage' first and lost a week and money in failed attempts to fix my car. Once I got it to RR London i was on the right track and all resolved within 2 days.When I called the official Land Rover garage for the same support the earliest appointment was 2 months away !

On May 18th, 223, I took my Discovery Sports for bodywork and a health check. I dropped it off in the morning and picked it up in the afternoon. The service was excellent.The team provided excellent customer care and attention.It was my first time at RR London Garage, but it will now be my go-to for all Land Rover services.Keep up the outstanding work and customer service.

These guys are simply amazing. Having wasted time and money with main dealers, Russ and the team are fantastic.I had an alternator failure at in the early morning. They had it replaced and good to go for me to drive to France by lunchtime on a Saturday!Can't recommend them highly enough - makes owning a Range Rover so much more fun and painlessBack again to this place. Amazing. Car fixed and back in love with it again. Great service and price

I’m not going to Say much as there is a lot of positive things to list them it will take me long time to type them all and my spelling is really badOne thing I can promise you you can’t go wrong with these people there are the only one console your problem regardless of the effort they have to put in no job it’s too big for them they will make it simple and you will get your car back in our time and there is no waiting for stupid appointments for the Land Rover dealers

Good service. I did an oil change with them. Everything was high quality and fast. It was especially pleasant to deal with Arthur Rodin. His advice was useful during the subsequent operation of the car.
