Eyelash extensions and eyebrow treatments- Lash And Brow Professional

Terrible experience. Professional being their name is honestly laughable. I waited at least 30 minutes with no sign of anyone to welcome you or tell you where to go in the salon or even a sign to suggest you go upstairs. I called the salon number once my appointment time had passed not knowing what else to do, i still hadnt seen anyone, only to be given the lash technicians direct number who did not then answer, although personally i don't think it was my job to be chasing her. Failing that I knocked on the door upstairs and was greeted by a very rude woman who insisted her next client had already arrived, i didnt have an appointment (i did, it was booked a while in advance through booksy as suggested by their website) and she didnt even do patch tests. If you want eyelashes for an occasion she recommended i paid for multiple full sets, months before an event and that the risk of a reaction is mine to take. Even still, this wouldve been ok had their website said that but their website insists on a patch test 48 hours before, as does every other lash salon. Having wasted my own time and money to get to the salon, she did not even apologise for the mix up or time wasted or even offer to give me the initial 15 minute consultation/patch test that had been booked. I cancelled my appointment and will not be returning. I left the salon very anxious, uncomfortable and having wasted £20 in taxi money to get there. Their other reviews must all be fake. I would give them 0 stars if possible.

Best eyelash technician I have ever been to. I cant stop looking at my eyes. Infact I don't even want people to know they're not mine, because you would never know if I didn't say. I don't know what type of witchcraft this is but I'm definitely here for it. I have already booked a few appointments in advance because this is my new lash lady forever. If you are looking for a new lash technician I urge you to see irina. You will not be disappointed. Thank you sooo much you have made my day.
