Scofi Plumbing and Heating

I have used Scofi plumbing for many issues - a new boiler install, broken boilers, gas safety certificates, tap and sink repairs, toilet repairs, radiator installations etc.....and without fail, he turns up on time, is very tidy when he leaves, is knowledgeable and very reasonably priced. He's professional both in his workmanship and attitude. I 100% recommend Scott.

I messaged Scott last year as my boiler packed up in end of December 2020. Scott sent Harry to fit me a new boiler. A year has passed and I needed a gas certificate and my boiler to be serviced before I sell my property. Within 4 days of contact Harry was once again promptly on the job and sorted everything :) it’s even better when you get on well with the workers as Harry was a pleasure to have in my home on both occasions. this company is fantastic with great workers and ethics:) once again Thankyou very much for all you help, would recommend and reuse over and over againGlenn batchelor

Well what can I say.... I was introduced to Scofi plumbing and heating a little over 3 years ago by my friend and decorator. I have not looked back. Any issues that I have with my plumbing I will not hesitate in contacting Scott and his team. I have confidence in every single person that I have had contact with within the team.The team are fun, caring, patient, understanding and professional.I believe that the business is thriving due to Scott being at the helm. I think that businesses fail due to losing sight of the customers needs, this is not the case with Scofi. Scofi is all about the customer. I find that the price is fair, the team are clean, efficient and precise. Mags and Tiger are a joy talk to as well.I am glad that Scott is younger than me as I have certainly found a plumber for life.Thank you so much for the service that you provide. We had an issue with our boiler in Jan 2020 and Scott was recommended to us to use for the repair job. The issue we had was a leak in the boiler and Scott believed the leak was the flow switch and thus this was replaced. When Scott was conducting the work he did not think to check any of the other appliances within the boiler to ensure there was no other issues. As per the 1998 Gas Safety Regulations s26 subsection 9(d) Scott has a duty of care to ensure the boiler is in safe working order after any work is completed on the boiler. Ultimately if anything fails on the boiler after the last person who worked on the boiler the responsibility and fault lies with them. 2 months later our boiler has a steady leak of water flowing from the appliance and even after we stopped the mains and turned the boiler off water was still leaking. As it was late I did contact Scott however understand that he may not be able to attend and after asking for recommendations for an emergency contact he did not recommend anyone and said he could be there in the morning. As a boiler has electrical connections within the main bodywork we were not comfortable with this so contacted another firm to attend there and then. As they attended they made the boiler safe and drained water from the appliance to attend with the correct part to repair the boiler the following day. When the repair work was completed and they turned the boiler on they noticed a strong smell of gas. They commented that the gas knob had not been secured properly and the last person who worked on the boiler was responsible for ensuring the boiler was in proper working order. After bringing these problems to Scott's attention the response we have had is unsatisfactory and we feel that Scott has not taken responsibility of this fault and the attitude and response we received has been blasé. We would appreciate a proper response and acknowledgement from Scott of these issues and look forward to receiving the same. Furthermore a contribution towards our further incurred costs as a result of his failure to repair our boiler properly. We look forward to receiving the same.

Scott installed a new boiler in my house, relocated to next room, this is the first time I used his service, he is very knowledgeable at what he does, he charged exactly what he quoted, he even went on and beyond to help me out with a radiator, he is very honest and efficient also left my premises nice and clean after the boiler installation. I would highly recommend Scoffi Boilers.

I can strongly recommend Scofi Plumbing & Heating. I needed a new combi boiler and 2 new radiators + one radiator moved. I had 5 quotes and was really impressed with Scott's knowledge and approach. He didn't try to use a salesman's pushy approach but understood my requirements and gave excellent advice and options to consider. Boiler has been leaking water and I have only just noticed last night. Adam from Scofi came today and found the problem. Thankfully an easy fix and now waiting on new part.Also solved other issues such as why my heating keeps coming on unscheduled!!! No-one has been able to solve this for me until today! Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!Will 100% continue to use Scofi for all my future services and call outs.

I highly recommend Scofi plumbing and heating, Scott came to my property and repaired my faulty boiler he was efficient and very polite.First time I've ever used Scofi plumbing and heating and my experience with then was good.If you want outstanding customer service then I say Scofi are the people to go too.

Within a couple of days of my request I had an appointment for the replacement of my new hob received a text telling me who the contractor was and telling me that they were 20 minutes away and I also could track them on their journey in case there was a delay - very impressive for a local business. They did a great job, clean, tidy and efficient. I will be recommending them to my clients who move house - thanks so much!
