Pretty good manicure and pedicure service. Though the nail artists are not very helpful with colour suggestions.My gel manicure costs £25 and pedicure with normal nail polish costs £30. I liked that they remove your dead skin on your feet before doing the pedicure.I'd come back if I want to get my nails done next!

Just got my nails done as a walk in appointment. Absolutely love the way I have been treated as the customer service has gone down in many salons which is why I have been trying to find a new salon to make my regular. This may be it!! Location is a bonus as it's barely a minutes walk from Harrow bus and train station.Ken was very accommodating to my bringing my own varnish (reflective silver varnish which I wasn't sure the salon would have).Still early to say in regard to the quality over the next few weeks. (I will update my review prior to booking for my infill)UPDATE: The nails have lasted in great condition (aside from being grown out obviously) after 3 weeks.

I visited a couple of weeks ago for the very first time to get a gel manicure and pedicure and was so pleased with the results. They are such perfectionists and do such an amazing job.Today I called in to ask if they could removed my gel nail varnish on my hands. They removed it all an buffed my nails properly.I would definitely recommend them :)

Went to the salon the first time on 3rd November 23 ready for my holiday and I had gel on my own nails. A week later the gel is simply peeling off very easily.The nails do look beautiful but I am sure they should last longer then a week.I don't think I would go back to this place for my gel nails. Maybe the salon is better at extensions rather then gel on your own nails. It's a shame because all other customers have given great reviews. A tad disappointed.Visited the shop again today and got a normal polish pedicure by Ceri and once again the polish is off. See pictures. Super disappointed

Professional place with fantastic customer service and so relaxing. Just exactly what you need if you want to be pampered and feel special. One of the best nail shops in Harrow!!!

I've been going to this place since it was recommended by my good friend. Never had an issue until few days ago when my newly infilled nail gel polish started to peel off. I called them immediately and was called to come back and they redid my nails with no issues and no talking behind your back too much. Hoping that the freshly put gel polish will not lift this time. They are pricier than the other nail salon within the area but I will keep coming back to BOTH for this exact reason. Great customer service and they are very careful with your nails. Well done team.

An amazing place to get my lashes done. Lashes last for so 3 weeks plus and look very natural and elegant. Get so many compliments about my lashes so would definitely recommended to anyone !!!
