Way better than my local McDonald's.Food was hot and fresh. Fries were fantastic. Staff was very attentive. Restaurant was clean.

Was told to sit in the car park. Finally received my food and turned out to be the wrong order. Went back inside the restaurant and had to wait another 15minuted for the correct food that came out cold. Discussing customer service from the restaurant manager also.

Salad poor quality. Should not be serving old decomposing salad leaves to customer. Burger was fine.

Once again wrong order. Picked up food through drive thru. Got home and we found bacon in our food which we don't eat. This place I the worse I've ever been in!!!! It happens to often.

Staff review: It was amazing and a pleasure being served by Tazeen. Spoke to her very briefly and felt there was a instant connection. Very polite and respectful staff McDonald's has there. A very valued member.

Mc Donald Netherhall, few people around since its off peak. I ordered chicken wraps and salad and coffee in a -1° afternoon. If im in Philippines, would have been a hot 27-29° afternoon, so I'll get something cold. I always like their vege wrap but chicken wrap is on sale at 1.99 can't pass that on.

When I have my grandsons on Saturday morning they like to go there for a breakfast. Obviously granddad pays. Food and service is good and they enjoy themselves. My youngest of the 2 always get the pancakes.

Asked for a cheeseburger with Mac Sauce - an order that has been fulfilled for over 2 decades without fuss, for an additional charge most of the time. Was told it wasn’t possible. When I questioned it, I was told “I’m the manager & we don’t do that, if it doesn’t let me on the computer”. Guess they changed computers. If they don’t do it anymore, they certainly need to add the option back on the computer, charging for it after all. If they do or don’t do it, manager could probably brush up on some customer service skills, primarily tone & letting customer down gently.

Went here this evening and after ordering food I asked sandwich sauce and said I will pay seperatly just I don't like the big mac sauce in the chicken big mac. Now when I normally visit this mcdonalds it's not an issue but Yadwinder wanted to make such a big deal out of it like I was asking her for a bar of gold. I asked to speak to the manager and she said she is the manager until her colleague arrived and she changed her story to say her manager is on break. Very weird woman it's just sauce not sure why you're so protective of it acting like selling me some is a crime. Also Yadwinder go and work on your customer service calling people darling and babe is not acceptable in this day and age. On top she told me apple pies would be 5 mins? 13 minutes later I got my pies.
