I am so happy that Steve was recommended to us. we needed bedroom lights relocated to the centre of the room, kitchen lights moved centrally with a new 2-way switch to operate both lights with new light fittings, double sockets installed in each room, removal of an electric shower, removal of electric heater in the bathroom and updated the consumer unit with new circuit breakers. Steve did an amazing job! he is very tidy (so won't leave you in a mess), professional, punctual, informative, and has superb customer service. I highly recommend this company! Thanks, Steve!

Steve installed a new consumer unit, added bonding for water and gas, and installed/moved new sockets in multiple rooms. He is very thorough and professional. Aesthetically, the work is also brilliant.

Dovecote electrical ie Steve did a complete garage installation for me, new consumer unit, sockets, lighting and obviously power to the garage etc. He he was very professional, neat and tidy, helpful and accommodating. All the trunking and fastenings were very tidy, level and neat. He left no mess behind and was very professional. He was also very kind especially when being quizzed by my neighbours young children, ie what ya doing, what for, why, what's this do. I would definitely recommend Steve and I would absolutely use his services again. All round nice honest fellow.

Steve has done several electrical jobs for me on a couple of occasions at my house near to QMC; outside security/sensor lights and inside lights/spotlights. He replied promptly to set up a visit and chat, and each subsequent stage was smooth and reassuring. Steve explained each job clearly, emailed me options for fittings/fixtures, turned up exactly when we had arranged and payment was straightforward. Thanks to his ad in Breeze magazine and the previous great Google reviews I asked Steve to update our interior lighting to LED lamps. I'd happily use Dovecote Electrical again. Great communication from initial contact, very knowledgeable, work is tidy and quote/cost very accurate and clear. Highly recommended.

Steve has done numerous jobs for us over the past couple of months, some of which was correcting and improving a previous electrician’s work. Steve recently helped us to connect our garden room to the mains, installing a fuse box as well. He is very methodical and thorough, taking measures to be aesthetically pleasing too. He was also flexible to take on board a last minute request. His service has been prompt, efficient and overall absolutely excellent. 100% would recommend.
