Charged an additional fee a year after completion due to their mistake.Thinking back on my house purchase. We were not impressed due to the length of time it took to complete predominantly due to the office not being proactive with known issues. However, it was during the stamp duty rush so I appreciate that they were likely very busy.A year later we are now being charged for things that they didn't account for at the time. Friendly and polite team, but I wont be using them again.
