Very impressed with the young man working today in the Cheltenham store (22/4/23). He gave his full attention to each customer I saw him serve, including myself and my parents. His knowledge is on point and would definitely recommend his expertise and friendly presence. A great advisor who makes his customers feel important is always received gratefully! A credit to your company!

The lady that served me and my girlfriend was amazing truly professional not pushey at all ,definitely go back.

Put my watch in for a battery replacement and it came back broken having failed a pressure test. It's now steamed up and totaly useless. The watch was only a year old and in good condition. Staff were unhelpful, unapologetic and rude and refused to offer a refund for the battery change or any compensation for my broken watch. Do not use this company they are awful!!!

Well I don’t wear my Sunday best for a wander round the shops in Cheltenham but I must have looked really destitute as when I asked to see something I was presented with a tray of earrings under £15 automatically. Did buy a pair to be honest as all the more ‘expensive ones’ (“They are £50-£60 is that ok?”) only came in singles and I would have had to order a matching earring and I really couldn’t be bothered to wait. I wanted a pair of earrings. Clearly that’s a big ask.

Fantastic staff, friendly, helpful, very knowledgeable about their stock and more. I bought 5 beautiful purchases with the help of the young man working. I love all my items, beautiful, great quality and smooth. Thank you so much, you should be proud to have such a great colleague.

Booked an ear piercing appointment at this branch as there was no one available at my local branch to do piercing. I was told that I wouldn't be able to book any time between 12-2pm as this was their busy period. I booked an 11.00am appointment as we had a 45 min journey.I reserved earrings online suitable for both mine and my daughter's ear piercings.Turned up at 11.00am to find the ear piercer was off sick and there was no record in the diary of our appointment! The girl in the store was very defensive and wanted to know when we 'd made our appointment etc, Luckily the young guy (didn't get his name) was really apologetic and very helpful, even making a list of places we could go instead and kept apologising. Not great customer service and the young lady needs some customer training!!!!

Very impressed with the way my purchase was undertaken.The staff there are very polite and even ensured that the wrist strap fitted me perfectly.This is the second watch I have purchased from F Hinds in Cheltenham, and I am still very very impressed.An excellent store - I rate them the full 10 / 10.

On first arrival we were not impressed with the service. There seemed to be little interest in our business and when describing our requirement neither member of staff seemed keen to assist whilst discussing who would help us right in front of us.When mentioning we were getting married and we were looking at wedding rings there was no interest in us which always puts us off. However, once conversation was finally flowing it seemed that service improved and we looked through various styles but unfortunately it was not for us.

Heather B was the perfect sales lady, as a lady of latter years I'm not the most patient of people but this young lady was wonderful so helpful, patient and informative...
