The Range, Banbridge

Great place for lots of different household products and very well priced

what a waste of my day! I bought 3 seats swing chair. When I opened the box at home there were lots of missing parts and it looked like it's has been used. It was on sale but it was sold as new. The manager tried to blame the manufacturer.I tried ringing to the store before comming back with it and the phone rang for ages, no one answered. Its really bad as the store is situated in such remote location.

Great store plenty to choose from

Great place to shop with plenty of parking. There are lots of big-name shops to browse through, and there's even a couple of well-known coffee shops and fast food restaurants. It's a good day out if you are looking for somewhere different to shop.

Great store with an amazing array of household goods at unbelievable prices. Bedding, furniture, kitchenware, bathroom, garden, pictures, wall clocks, ornaments, candles, and loads more!!My wife Angela made a lovely table centrepiece by combining five individual items (tray, candles, candle holders, scented candle, and faux small house plant). A beautiful centrepiece for approximately £15 !!!

(tried) to buy compost here, went to the counter and was told the compost had been mis priced, the lady at the till was great, the manager was very unhelpful, and I had to leave the compost back myself, the manager just blamed the shop staff for the error, terrible customer service

Well I have to say the staff in the Range in Banbridge are really helpful towards people with disabilities…… NOT. Two members of staff were shown a Bladder & Bowel can’t wait card and the first wee girl said they didn’t have any toilets so the next, more senior looking member of staff wearing a headset was asked and she didn’t even stop to look at my two disabled ID cards and rudely said NO and kept on walking. No stopping to explain as to why, just ignorantly NO.

Do not answer their phones, EVER, been trying for weeks/months, even their Customer Service and Head Office cannot reach them!!!!!!!! Phone for Store is apparently hidden in an office (according to staff) that is rarely occupied. Goods damaged and appear used and stuffed back into boxes in the hope that the next customer won't notice or return the goods to Store. By far the worst customer experience dealing with this store and even worse than dealing with 3 Mobile and Sky and that's saying something! Ordered 2 chairs and arrived damaged badly and all that was offered was 10% discount (JOKE), ordered tree arch again box had clearly been opened and contents all damaged and parts missing and section snapped - DISGUSTED!

Good selection but the 3 staff members I dealt with were not helpful.
