Awesome service - lovely tiles .

Really disappointed with the customer service here. Very reluctant to help regarding 1 out of stock tile from an online order, insisting I must have it refunded online and go to store to purchase and collect in person, despite already paying £10 for delivery of it and the other tiles, which had been sent out already. I should add, the online telephone number was always going to voicemail.Called another store, no mention of the above and they were more than happy to post out and deal with the online team.

Very friendly staff, willing to spend time with you to help decide on what's best. Not at all pushy. Also very happy to take returns. Also, the tiles are amazing!

Beautiful tiles and great service from the team at Chiswick. There was a misunderstanding regarding the colour but it was dealt with efficiently and quickly. Happy customer.

I have been dealing with Islay there, who has been wonderful. She really listened to what it is that I wanted and once getting a good understanding of my budget she provided me with some amazing options. I could not recommend her enough to anyone who is looking to renovate a bathroom!

Needed to order some tiles to redo a shower. Wanted to do it in person rather than online to check they matched and the staff were very helpful at not only checking they were correct but arranging the order and prompt delivery.

Snooty and inept. Despite being in Chiswick, the computer still says no. Won't shop here again.

Failed to deliver on the allocated day, but two days later. when they did deliver the bath was not present, but was included in the delivery note. They then told me it would be delivered 3 weeks later - this had not been communicated to me at the point of order nor at any point during the extensive discussions about delivery. I had builders for the time of delivery - but not for 3 weeks later.Despite assurances that customer service would be in touch to resolve the problem, I heard nothing from them and struggled to contact them myself due to the line being engaged. Would strongly discourage you from ordering with Fired Earth as the service does not match the hefty price!
