Again, hardly any XXL sizes like most other stores I visit. Would be handy to actually have a size guide for brands equating to what size in actual inches or cm they are.

Was a bit of a hectic experience, place was super busy and staff were rushed off their feet. Really hard to grab someones attention when wanting to try shoes on and space available was a bit tight. Everyone was lovely though and I still managed to get some trainers

Visited JD to sort out my grandson with some new trainers. The choice available was surprisingly vast. To much choice in fact. The sales person was very helpful and patient. We managed to sort out his requirements. Thank you.

Just bought a pair of black and green 95 ultras the is a big bit fluff hanging from the front of the right trainer he made me try the left one blainlty nee this got home now no one will answer so be going back tomorrow as a have adhd and autism and can’t cope with this first time in three year the have had my size and couloirs I can actually wear and this happens better quality in snides witch is a same tbfo

The worst customer service experience I have received in years. We were grunted at by 3 different members of staff just for buying a pair of shoes. The vans were reduced and went through higher at the till and the young girl who clearly had 0 interest was so rude and didn't want to correct their error! Called a manager" for help and she was just as useless. Even heard them slagging us off as we left. The service level from the kids hired in this store was appaling and we will not be wasting our hard earned money in there again. Very dissapoitning"

We were able to find what we wanted, men's Nike Vomero trainers, BUT, the staff on the till counter were very miserable & showed no positive customer service qualities at all. Then, we got to the exit only to set off the alarm as the unpleasant young lady at the till hadn't done her job by taking the security tag off the trainers! However, a very pleasant young woman at the exit helped us, well done to her.

Staff were overworked, but helpful. Tho to have one set of tills where staff take your purchases is madness, as we queued for almost twenty minutes just to pay for items that were piled at the back of the till area. I will not be going in there again as it was bedlam.

This is a massive JD. I've been in a few times, but on my last visit it was mad busy and the guy serving me said he would be a minute to get some trainers out the back, 15 minutes later and 3 customers later someone else came by & went for me, then for me to be told the trainers had just sold out.Not good JD, I understand you are busy, but to miss out on a pair of trainers because staff can't provide the correct customer service isn't good.They do have a good selection of items, but unless things change I won't be going back.

Possibly the worst place to use online shopping. Apart from using the worst Delivery company in Evri, where parcels tend to vanish if they are sent in branded packaging, they are prone to send the wrong size.Don't even ask for an exchange, they won't. All they offer is a refund...14 days plus 5 days to clear your bank.Non existent customer service.Shopping in store is no better, undertrained staff can't even clear a que!So if you want to overpay for what you can get elsewhere cheaper and have a generally bad experience, this is the place to go.
