Absolutely brilliant, I would recommend to anybody without hesitation. We had an ongoing issue with our heating, and many people had tried to fix it unsuccessfully. On Grant's first visit, he was able to identify and fix the problem. From this it was clear that his knowledge and understanding was far better than anyone we had dealt with previously.Fast forward a couple of years, and we decided the time was right to get a new heating installation. I am absolutely blown away by the quality of the installation they carried out, and it is clear that a lot of time and effort went into making sure every detail was just right. Not only have they addressed many design flaws in our original system, they have installed something that is much warmer and more efficient than what we had previously.It is also worth mentioning that Grant, Karen and the team were a pleasure to have on site during the installation. They took great care in the house and made sure everything was tidy at the end of each day. Honestly, some things were cleaner when they left than before they started!

Grant was lovely and very professional, and also answered any questions myself and my partner had, overall we were really impressed and would highly recommend if you need your radiators flushing, we will be calling on him for other things in the future too.

Love all the characters at Mayfly Group from Grant with his Salvador Dali moustache, and Karen, the only female plumber I know who has broad reaching musical tastes. A lovely company full of lovely people.

Mayfly Group are superb - extremely knowledgable, courteous and quick. All it took to get help with our poorly heating was a quick phone call to Karen and a couple of hours later Grant came to help us. What an excellent firm they are. Nothing seems to be be too difficult for them and I have a feeling that they actually enjoy a challenge. Within an hour or less, Grant had our heating pumping heat into our cold house again. We simply cannot praise Grant and Karen enough. Any questions and problems we have had have been dealt with really quickly and efficiently. Honestly, they are far ahead of any other heating firms we have tried over the years. I can’t imagine that we will ever need to use anyone else. Thank you, Karen and Grant.

Posting for advice on a specialist heating forum, Grant stepped up and offered assistance. He could not have been kinder or more generous with his time, talking me through the intricacies of my issue and helping me identify the problem and form a plan of resolution. His knowledge was second to none, he took the time to ensure I understood the topic and I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending him. The gap between a regular 'plumber' and a true domain expert like Grant is simply amazing. Absolutely fantastic guy!

We used the services of Mayfly Group. They did an amazing job. Very easy to work with. Really conscious of social distancing. They took great care to make sure that the radiators were well looked after, kept all areas clean and protected our floors and walls - not easy when one of the radiators weighed over 250KG!. We would highly recommend Grant Gundelfinger Karen and team for and boiler, plumbing and pipe work. Superb job!

Thanks to Chris, Karen, Grant and the whole team who fitted a new boiler and underfloor heating as well as all the plumbing work in our new extension (description really doesn’t do justice to exactly how much work they took on).They really take pride in their work and are incredible knowledgable. They were always up front and honest and would have no hesitation in recommending.
