Liphook Golf Club

Beautiful golf course with welcoming atmosphere and in incredible condition during winter. One negative is that rather ridiculous chute system to determine tee off order, this crazy system bears no relevance to the tee time booking. Top tip is to get your ball into that chute asap otherwise you will be waiting a long time to start as we were, we missed our start by 40 minutes!

Played in July as a visitor and quite simply Liphook is a top quality golf club in every department. You would be hard pressed to name many better courses which can be accessed by a ‘regular’ golfer. By that I mean without having to be invited by a member or having to pay way over the odds to play. So, while not the cheapest to play (booked via county card), pound for pound this has to be easily one of the best courses I have ever played. The condition of the course was impeccable and even playing late afternoon the greens ran fast and true. On top of that the members were welcoming, no doubt proud of their club; the clubhouse well managed with good food and the pro shop staff ( in particular Miles and Harry) friendly. Can’t wait to return!

Quality heathland golf course. Well trimmed and turned out. Played again today and remains in good condition with a number of improvements being made on pathways and access areas.

Played Liphook a few weeks ago. Outstanding golf course & greens v challenging. Apparently some of the holes are new but I couldn't spot which ones it's all v picturesque and beautifully designed. Friendly staff in clubhouse. Pic is taken from 8th t looking at 10th green

First time playing this course, and it was a pleasure very picturesque and the condition was great never played it before the changes so cannot compare the clubhouse is very nice food was great and the staff were excellent a bucket list course indeed

Excellent course that will constantly ask questions of your game.Most fairways are lined both sides by heather, greens are well bunkered and the greens are typically slick with some undulation.The condition is always good.The clubhouse is very traditional, the staff are friendly. The catering is good, without being spectacular.The course isn't generally too busy, particularly in the afternoons.Crossing a busy road twice puts a slight damper on what is overwise an enjoyable experience, one I'd recommend.

Hindhead played Liphook GC on a rather frosty day but we had a lovely breakfast and thoroughly enjoyed the new course layout. Look forward to going back. Lovely track. Cheers RBS

Stunning Stunning stunning, can't praise enough, the pro, Connor, the bar staff, if only mere mortals could afford to play this daily!! As good as TV courses

Came to this wonderful golf club, sat outside and enjoyed beautiful views with our meal. My girlfriend (in her words) had the best pesto pasta she had ever eaten! And for myself a gorgeous roast glazed ham and beef with cauliflower, carrots and crunchy roast potatoes! Highly recommend. The waiting staff gave brilliant service and compliments must go to the chef for an amazing meal.
