Staff are incredibly impolite and not willing to help. I had a parcel to pick up but it hadn't arrived, and I wondered if the van outside had been dropping off at the end of the day. So I went back in and asked and the condescending guy in charge told me plainly and very abruptly that the van I saw was picking stuff up from somewhere else, as if I was to know. Literally 3 minutes later after I'd driven home I got a message saying it had been delivered to the post office. Awful people.

This one of the best and efiicient post offices I used. If you have a bulk of parcels (e-commerce) Use it.

I received an email from Royal Mail about a parcel I didn't know I was getting with a tracking number and vague information about where I could collect it. I phoned the post office in Cupar because I didn't have enough information and spoke to Colin who took my phone number and said he'd call me back once he'd found out if they had my parcel. Not only did he call me back but had tracked down my parcel which was at another post office. Just want to let people know how helpful and friendly Colin was. Made my day!

THESE PEOPLE NEED A COURSE IN MANNERS AS THERE IS NO RESPECT TOWARDS CUSTOMERS. BE PATIENT WITH THE ELDERY. IF YOU CAN FIND ANOTHER POST OFFICE USE IT

Don't know if she was having a bad day or what but a particular member of staff's attitude stinks! No hello on arrival at desk, barely any eye contact, very short with me, seemed to be an inconvenience when I requested to send parcels back to retailer (due to the look on her face), I then also asked if she processes new keepers forms for DVLA to which she replied Yes"! On handing over the form she looked at me as if I were stupid and said they only do vehicle tax

I always find staff in the post office really helpful and friendly. Last week I realised I’d posted a parcel with an incorrect label (doh!). I rushed back and the very helpful assistant managed to locate the parcel and give it back - phew! Sorted with a smile.
