The Ayurveda yoga massage I had with Vikki was far the best massage I ever had! She was lovely and welcoming, her approach is warm and attentive. The oils used were beautiful, attention to key areas of pain was spot on and generally the whole experience was amazing. I cannot recommend her more. Best massage I've ever had (and I have had a fair few over the years!) - Not only did I feel massively relaxed afterwards but a lot more limber - like I'd done a great Yoga work out without any of the effort on my part. Vikki shows great attention to detail and I felt she worked really hard to melt those knots out of my body. The room was really relaxing and warm and the choices of oil were excellent. I especially loved the root powder she uses on the oil which not only gives a gentle exfoliation but also soaks up excess oil so at the end I felt really smooth and not oily in the slightest. Will definitely be coming back for more!

This is not a 'cosmetic' massage, this is therapy for the body, the mind and the emotions. Muscles are stretched, knots are released and calm is restored. Gone is the massage bed, and if you are like me and a bit on the more rotund size, gone is the embarrassment of my body shape not fitting the massage bed and falling over the edges. The AY massage that I’ve recently with Vikki was fantastic. I didn’t know much about the AYM style but everything was explained when I arrived and before we began so I felt comfortable. The room was beautifully decorated with low level lighting and set to the perfect temperature. It was a deeply relaxing technique where I found all parts of my body were worked and the stretches and the breathing techniques included added to the holistic approach. I’m not sure I could ever go back to a ‘standard’ massage after experiencing this! Thank You!

Just Incredible! Yesterday I had such a fantastic massage. From start to finish Vikki was professional and friendly showing excellent knowledge of the anatomy throughout. I have a tricky shoulder and the way Vikki took care over it made me feel like I was in safe hands. The use of yoga movements with the massage is such a fantastic idea, helping me to relax more to give me a deeper treatment. Last night was the first night I have sleep right through since I can remember and feel great this morning. Everyone should have the benefit of the massage that Vikki offers.
