Elite Auto Glaze

This guy was really good, I had an obscure problem and didn't know if it could even be done. I was trying to see if I could safely pull of the rear view mirror of my Smart Car, and not breaking the glass. Turned out not only was it possible there were clips in place there already for you to do it, but I didn't know that.. the guy from Elite ze Auto Glaze saved me some £30 coming out to see me and got me sorted out really quickly, and all he wanted to see was a happy customer who is satisfied. Unreliable. Had an appointment booked between 10-12, and confirmed at the time I had to leave by noon. No contact at all by 1130. Rang to see if someone was still coming and as told they would have the engineer contact me. Didn't contact me back until after I went out at 12pm, arranged to come at 6pm. I called at 6pm to find out where he was and he said he wouldn't be here until later, didn't know what time. What a bunch of time-wasters.

APPALLING. Smashed out the broken windscreen onto the pavement, fixed the windscreen and left all the glass on the pavement! Even after I had asked him to sweep it up. SO LAZY. £125

Called this morning, he did the job this afternoon. A very professional workman and a lovely friendly guy. I am very happy.

Beat autoglass and other services by miles. Quicker, efficient and cheaper. Called late Sunday, managed to get window changed Monday morning.
