Just bought my second car from here.Two years ago bought a Nissan Note, lovely car no issues in the time I had it. I have just traded it in for a Nissan Qashqai. I bought a Ford B-Max in Nov 2019 hoping for piece of mind. The salesman was pleasant and made my decision to buy the car from very easy as it seemed I would have piece of mind. I did not see or get given the service book until I collected the car. However; I trusted the garage and went on my way. I recently, check what info I got to plan my next service and found to my disappointment the car I bought was last serviced in 24/4/2018 and had very little mileage left before next service. I have enquired about this; but only to be told 'There is no mention on the order it is presumed that at point of sale it did't need one'. I am a typical working man with a large family; and was led to believe that I would have happy driving and piece of mind for at-least 6 months. This was not the case. I strongly advise that before you agree to buy; make sure you see all the documentation; giving that you cannot get your deposit back once you have paid.

Purchased an SUV in exchange for my hatchback as I needed a larger vehicle to accommodate a wheelchair in the back area of the car. Stephen the owner was more than helpful and gracious in giving us a good part exchange deal. The was a small amount of kerbing on three of the wheels which Stephen sorted out at no extra charge. I would wholeheartedly recommend this company to any prospective buyer of a small auto car.

I called re a Peugeot Traveller 17plate. I was assured by the polite sales person that it was a very tidy vehicle. Albeit it was close to top book price, I booked an appointment to view. The vehicle was overall very tidy. HOWEVER! it had a some point sustained damage to the passenger side rear quarter and sliding door, which had been poorly repaired. This was blatantly obvious to myself as soon as the saw it. The rear of the passenger side sliding door did not align properly to the rear quarter. The panels had been poorly filled, the sliding door trim did not align flush with the panel and the paint work repair was of equal poor repair. The sales person said that he had been unaware of the poor repair, giving may excuses for not having seen it. Adding that it was nothing to worry about.Needless to say I wasn’t impressed. I little bit of honesty wouldn’t have gone amiss.
