Great customer service and reasonably price. Got a tux dry cleaned. Also got an Indian dress dry cleaned as it smelt, she clearly explained why it smelt and what she would do. She managed to get the smell out and gave tips to keep the smell out.

I have been using Cassio Cleaners regularly for over 2 years, specifically for dry cleaning services. Everyone is extremely helpful and knowledgable and they deliver an outstanding service every single time. I would highly recommend this business to anyone who requires high quality dry cleaning for a fair price.

Terrible job done on sleeve alteration on mens jacket . Badly sewn. Poor stitching. Shoddy work. Torn seam. Buttons unevenly spaced. Full refund given but jacket ruined. Would not recommend & will not use again.

The quality of cleaning and friendliness of staff are top notch. For me that came with a premium price, more than 30% more than I usually pay. For important items I'll be back for sure, for regular shirts, I don't think I can justify a repeat visit on purely commercial grounds.

I recently used this dry cleaner, and I was thoroughly impressed with their service. My clothes came back looking fresh and neatly pressed. I have used their dry cleaning services for my furnishing and curtains. I found them very professional and good quality dry cleaners. They also offered me pick and drop service with nominal charges. Very good value for money.

My favourite dry cleaners! They've managed to get paint out of leather and nylon jackets, I've had alterations done here and they've saved many a stained top. The staff are also lovely and very helpful.

Cleaning service is good…. The tailoring on the other hand is a total rip off. I dropped off 3 pr of trousers for altering/hemming and it was an awful job. The yoga pants I wanted hemmed were just chopped off, when I went back to get them fixed, they were just served, not hemmed at all! As I was moving away, I asked for them to be dropped off at my flat(I was busy with other things) and was appalled at the job. The other 2 pr trousers were to have the legs narrowed a bit…. The seams weren’t serged, just left to unravel, and they weren’t evenly done!! Appalling job. Plus, charged £30 per pair of trousers. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Great service, managed to recover my brand new suit which was covered in Red wine stains. Will definitely be using in the future.
