Hampshire ebikes were a pleasure to by a bike from. They communicated well with us and were very helpful. If I struggle to keep up with my wife on here new ebike I will be back to get myself one.

I bought a battery for my e-bike by online.It took over a week to arrive.I contacted them several times but it was difficult to get accurate arrival information.I was informed once that the arrival would be delayed. Customer service for online shopping is not good enough.The battery is good quality.
