I ordered and paid for a turkey for Xmas on 5th November. I didn't receive a confirmation order number or details of what I had ordered so I emailed them and asked for it. They gave me an order number but nothing else. I signed into to my orders on their website many times and there isn't any record of my order. To date I've emailed them numerous times and they still haven't provided me with the order details including the delivery so I've cancelled the order and asked for a refund within the 14 day period. So far I haven't received a refund. Having a closer look at their details it appears their contact number is in France and not in the U.K. which I find disturbing.Please DON'T deal with this company otherwise you could be out of pocket.

I've purchased meat from health halal online many times now. They sell top quality meat. It's well packaged and delivered quickly. I haven't had any issues. I highly recommend them

I ordered a variety of meats from Healthy Halal online and I was really satisfied. The meats arrived well-packaged and fresh. Especially the marinated steaks, it was full of flavor. A definite recommendation for hassle-free online meat shopping.

As always products arrive on time and fresh. When I've placed an order just before they get fresh stock they always call and provide me the option to delay my delivery date just so I can get a fresh order! Going the extra mile is always a sign of good customer service and appreciation of customers.

This is by far the best online halal butchers. The meat always comes fresh and is of such a good quality and really reasonably priced. We have the subscription box so fresh meat is delivered every 2 weeks and really helps with our meal prep. I’ve tried 2 other online halal butchers and both times have been sent rancid meat.Healthy halal actually contacted me once to let me know that they prefer to delay the delivery by a day to ensure freshness with the meat and poultry. I never got that courtesy from the other places they just sent rancid boxes of chicken.Please keep up the good work and the quality suppliers you work with.

Amazing Service and packing. The meat was so fresh and tasted really good once cooked. The whole process was so smooth from buying it to getting it delivered. Would definitely buy again from here for there top quality and prompt replies and deliveries.

Quite regular with healthy halal now to he honest. Good selection of meat, and you pay for the quality and packaging. A couple of times, my order has been delivered incomplete, but the customer care team makes sure to send the remaining items sooner rather than later. Would recommend

If I can give zero star , I will!We are regular customers since 2022. We used to order big amounts every month and there was no problems. Until the last two months, what happen is we arrange delivery according to our presence at home. We received a notification that the delivery rang the buzzer but we didn’t answer. And the food wasn’t delivered. The funny thing they arranged redelivery after 5 days of food being out of the fridge. We tried to contact healthy halal customer service and they didn’t try to refund or rearrange a new delivery stating that this our fault. Usually when we order food boxes , it has a sign on a box ( food must be delivered on the same day). They don’t put this sign and delivery man doesn’t know it is food , so they don’t leave the order although we asked clearly if no answer please leave in front of the building. They just took it back and arranged redelivery after 5 days of food being out of the fridge risking our family health. Please don’t deal with healthy halal , they even don’t appreciate their regular customers. Very bad experience and wasted money , didn’t get any refund or even apology.
