Absolutely disgusted with the service provided. My car was sent to this garage for repair through my insurance company. The damage was very small but they kept my car for 2+ weeks. On collection of my car I noticed that they had broken one of my fog lights. In order to get me out of the shop they said they would rectify it and booked me in for the following Friday and said they would collect my car from my home and drop it back off. Obviously this did not happen. I had to buy the lights that THEY broke. They agreed to fit for free but I had to sit and wait for over 1 hour for them to repair it. I am absolutely disgusted and I will make sure my car does not go to this garage again. Along with any family and friends. Disgusting customer service also.

We have had many vans from these guys and they have been really easy to deal with, very honest and excellent service throughout. Thoroughly recommended. Our recent purchase was all electric Vivaro-e and has been impressive so far

4th van I’ve purchased now from this dealer, absolute first class service from the salesman I’ve always used (David abbot) keep up the good work. This man is a credit to your business, 10 out of 10 for his service. Breath of fresh air to deal with and got me exactly what I asked for. Traveling a round trip of 500 miles to use this dealer says it all.

After being involved in an accident before Christmas, I required a new van.After initially looking on their website, I called Pentagon in Bulwell as they had a van in stock that I wanted. From the first phone call to the final email, I dealt with their salesman Peter Connell. He was great and also very understanding as the sale took much longer than expected due to a hold up from my insurance company. I required the van to be fitted with ply wood sheets in the back which Peter arranged as well as the delivery to Edinburgh which worked out much cheaper than me taking time off work, getting a train then driving it back home.I would definitely recommend and would not hesitate in using again! Effortless from start to finish.

Friendly staff and professional workshops, I've had expert repairs done here before and been very happy. Today 4 out of 5 stars due to there was a slight blemish where the repair had been carried out, this was soon solved and sorted out. I think final inspection let it down today, but having said that it's the end result that matters and that was great

Visited the site on Saturday. The salesman made it very clear he wanted to go home and was not interested in helping us.We explained that the lease was due to expire on our van and we needed to buy another one. He didn’t take any details from us.Will definitely not be visiting that garage again.

I bought a van here and it was big enough to get my washing machine in I'm really impressed actually I could fit another washing machine in but I haven't got one .lt also fits a packet of Werther's toffees in the side pocket pretty impressive I'd say
