Well had a lot of bad times with 2nd hand dealers but this guy is very safe and happy with my new car and this is my second one from this dealer. He knows his stuff and got me a finance deal I could not get any where else. The right car and deal that no other dealer could find me.Reviews are reviews but just go to see Mark and find out for yourself will be back! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS GARAGE!!We purchased a Renault Grand Scenic a few months ago, We were told, we will receive our 6 months warranty from them by post within 2 weeks, we have had to contact them a total of four times now to be told each time, they have forgotten and will send the warranty the following day. we are still yet to receive the warranty. (3 months after purchasing)When we viewed the car, The car was making a whirring sound from the engine which they assured us the mechanic will fix before we collect the car. When We came to collect the car, they explained to us the mechanic had looked at the whirring noise and realised it just simply needed greasing which they said has been done and the noise would eventually stop the more We drove the car. After 2 weeks with the noise not stopping, we then rang this garage expecting them to agree on fixing the problem properly, with the guarantee, We were told, the whirring noise from the engine is not mechanical therefore is not covered under the warranty. We had no choice but to take the car to our mechanic who had to strip right back as the problem was at the back of the engine, he found what was causing the problem but had to order the part from Renault. A week later we took the car back to our mechanic again to be fixed, which was a diaphragm valve on the back of the engine. Which We can confirm is a mechanical fault.Costing us a total of £114.This car was also sold to us with a number of faults, a few of them Of which have now been fixed, these are as followsBonnet cable £85Exhaust mount £30faulty windscreen wipers £60Electric windowOne heater setting. We believe most garages would have fixed these faults before advertising, failing that, I know most garages would also have these under guarantee, we know this by past experience. They may come across very nice, but all they want is you're money, once they have it, they don't care! This has been the most unprofessional experience i have come across while purchasing a car. I have warned all my family and friends and hopefully most people who will read this!

I agreed to buy a Mercedes with full service history as advertised, but no service history and was told he would find it, 20 phone calls later and no reply. E Mailed through E Bay with no reply. I am pleased I did not buy as if there is a problem he would never call you back. What is his problem ?

I might add, after reading the first two reviews on here that these people,( one of which has not even purchased a car here) seem to have extremely limited knowledge of cars .One is well known to not, infact, buy any cars from unsupecting car dealers, but in fact just observe cars and items for sale on Ebay and other sites and after review of what they think is correct, take it upon themselves to write a review in hope to 'put off' potential buyers !Well i think its wrong for them to be allowed to write such a false review especially as they may also be just in the motor trade perhaps trying to pile up more business for themselves?? hmm.Having purchased my second car ( which i will add both of which are prone to head gasket failure !) I have had no trouble whatsoever with my cars and would highly recommend not only buying a car from this dealer but also ignoring petty reviews. That is all.!

The sales man is a criminal. We put down a deposit of £200 for a car on 8th September and was told that it would get an MOT and be ready to pick in 3 days. After recieving absolutely no phone call in response we called 5 times before we were spoken to. by the end of the week we asked for our money back to which we were told that this would be done asap. The money wasn't returned within 5 days so another 10 phone calls and 23 text messages later and he stopped responding. We have taken the trouble of starting court proceedings against him. HE IS A THIEF - DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HIM.

I'm not someone who usually makes an effort to write reviews, and I do fully understand the risk of buying any 2nd hand car, but I felt the need to warn other perspective buyers about these charlatans. For the record I didn't buy a car from here, but did drive a 70 mile round trip to view a car which this trader had placed on Ebay as “immaculate condition” with “full manufacturer service history”The excellent pictures on ebay had clearly been photoshopped as there were significant areas of rust and other very noticeable defects on the bodywork. The service history was far from full and was not “by manufacturer” as advertised.More worrying was the obvious serious mechanical issues that were apparent with the car. (I was fortunate enough to have a mechanic with me)The exhaust manifold was clearly blowing, (the sales guy assured us that it wasn't and this model of car was supposed to sound like that)There were obvious signs that the head gasket was leaking, white residue under the oil cap and brown oily water in the top up bottle. (the sales guy assured us that the discoloured and oily water was just coolant)A finger put inside the exhaust pipe revealed thick black and wet oil, and it was also emitting a blue/ black smoke when ticking over, a sign of serious issues, (again the sales guy claimed, this was perfectly normal for a car which hadn't been started for a few days)A complete and utter waste of my time and my mechanics (plus the fuel) for this supposedly “immaculate vehicle”, but at least I didn't end up paying £2,500 for a complete heap of a vehicle.Others may not be so fortunate...
