Craig, Ross and Grant are first class, their product knowledge is amazing and their attitude to customer service is second to none. I've just collected my new bike and I left with no doubt in my mind that I'm on the right bike for me. It was my first purchase from them and it definitely will not be the last!

Had used Stirling Cycles for a repair a few years ago and had a good experience - checked the rates for a service at a couple of places and decided on Stirling Cycles again for their positive reviews and competitive rate. Fantastic service!My bike was thoroughly assessed and Grant, the mechanic, phoned me to talk through what he'd found - some essential work and some advisories. We had a good conversation about what could be done within my budget and at no time did it feel like I was being upsold or talked into unnecessary work.He confirmed the price for what we agreed, so no surprises, and the work was completed quicker than when he'd committed to. On collection the bike was looking pristine! Way better than when I took it in - after having been in storage for three years! Fully tested - rides like a new bike and top quality work. I highly recommend Stirling Cycles for repairs and servicing.

Five minutes to closing time? Not a problem, Stirling Cycles saved my day anyway!My belt had slipped out of alignment at the cranks and was making a terrible racket when pedalling – which I obviously tried to avoid. The people at Stirling Cycles were amazing, nice and super helpful – they realigned the crankset in next to no time!Honestly, without their help, I might very well have wrecked my belt!

Bought a new Ebike from Stirling Cycles this week. Craig talked me through various options prior to this. He knew his stuff and importantly was able to explain various ins/outs/ups/downs to a relative novice. Absolutely delighted with the purchase (Cube Hybrid Pro 650) and the service provided by the Stirling Cycle's Team.

Service on my bike was long overdue so booked it in with Stirling Cycles. Shop did a great job - very thorough with close attention to detail. Excellent communication from the shop front and from Grant, the cycle tech. All service actions recorded and document emailed to me. All work needed was explained and costed before going ahead. Very professional and knowledgeable; can't be faulted. Fantastic job, thank you.

Absolutely fantastic experience with Stirling Cycles! Craig was so helpful and friendly every step of the way, answering all of my questions and offering the best options to suit me before I placed my pre-order, all whilst taking the time to make sure I didn’t feel any pressure - if I’d chosen the wrong bike I knew he’d help me find the right one that worked for me. In spite of all the uncertainties with delivery times after covid, my experience was 5 star - Craig went above and beyond to make sure I didn’t have to wait as long for my new bike after it was delayed, and always took the time to keep me updated. I knew I wasn’t the only one impacted by these unavoidable delays, but I always felt like a priority. Craig’s passion and wonderfully helpful nature shone through in every call, email and visit - especially when I finally got to pick up my shiny new Cube Nuroad WS.The team made collection day an amazing experience, introducing me to all the features of my new bike, making sure it fit perfectly and even went the extra mile to fit my pedals that I’d received as a gift.I know this review is a little overdue (so sorry - clearly out enjoying my new bike too much) but really cannot recommend Stirling Cycles enough and I can confirm they found me the perfect bike!

From ordering to picking my new bike up Craig and the rest of the team at Stirling Cycles were great to deal with every step of the way! Anything I wasn't sure about they gave me options to suit my budget and didn't push any higher priced parts that weren't needed. Glad to have found a reliable friendly bike shop to deal with!

This is a GREAT local bike shop. The service is fantastic, whether you are buying a top end road bike or a kids bike. Craig and Grant will do what is right for you. They will sell you the bike or the component which you need, and which is right for you, not just what is good for them. The service and repair is also superb. My bike is 4 years old and still running beautifully thanks to their servicing. They will always discuss with you what they think needs to be done and give you options. They are simply good guys who love bikes and who look after their local customers brilliantly. Support them, please!
