Ducati Alton

Always heard great things about snells. I have never bought anything through them but have spoken to them on the phone a few times and recently took my 3 year old son in with his Lego v4r to see the real thing. Brilliant staff, all super friendly and really helpful. Would 100% recommend using them

booked MOT and service, they did the service, kept the bike for 3 days, did a good deal on the Service, so no complaints there, but did not do my MOT, even though it was expiring the following month and I had asked for the mot to be done. Months later, when I had to do my road tax, I find out it was not done!!! Phoned them and they just said there must be a misunderstanding??? You take your bike for a full service a month before your annual MOT and even if the guy had not" understood an MOT was asked for

I visited the store with a few friends over the weekend. I don't think the sales staff could have been less interested. The look of sheer horror/outrage I got when I enquired about a test ride on the Diavel was at best comical. Likewise the general lethargy my friend encountered when asking about the V4 Paningale. The only staff member that made any effort to engage with us was the one on the service counter.A complete contrast to the reception we got at BMW Barnstormer just down the road.

Despite being fussy, I really can't fault these guys. Excellent service during and since the purchase of my SF from them. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff in all departments. If your looking to buy a Ducati, service one or buy parts/accessories then look no further.

I have to say, that the service you receive from this team is extraordinary. I’ve only bought parts, but the back up, advise and passion for all things Ducati is second to none. David in parts has been so helpful to a fault- talking me through various situations I’ve found myself in. Truly exceptional- go here and be delighted!!

I took my Ducati to the guys in Alton a couple of weeks ago for a service prior to a European trip. I've been riding for 35 years and have been to literally hundreds of garages over the years and I'm not embarrassed to say that Ducati Alton are up there with the best of them. First up their communication is spot on. Texts and reminders about the up and coming service. They're friendly, helpful and don't make you feel like an idiot asking questions. The work was excellent and they even did a piece of work for free, when the forums were warning that other dealers would charge a fortune.All in all I'm just so glad to have found a dealer I can trust with my bike. The fact that for me it's well over an hour to travel to them speaks volumes I think. Throughly recommended.

Helpful and informed sales staff.Not a huge showroom but good range of bikes, together with Ducati accessories and clothing.Recommended
