Liverpool Hearing Centre

First visit, and could't fault the service. The girl at front of house was lovely, as was my audiologist who was happy to chat through my tinnitus (not what I'd gone in for) after my treatment, offering advice of therapie. Well resourced centre that was welcoming and friendly.

This was my first time here and I was made to feel at ease. Everyone was professional and friendly. I would recommend coming here as they really know what they are doing. There are other places that offer the same services at the same price, but as I need my ears syringing every year I could really tell the difference in service.Thank you

Hassle free booking, arrived on the day and was out within 20 minutes. Feel like I can now hear someone breathing from 500 yards away. Made the process ridiculously easy and answered any questions I had. Can’t recommend this enough

Fantastic service. Booked an initial appointment but required a second visit. I explained to Hannah I was flying the following Saturday. She advised not to travel unless the issue was resolved so very kindly managed to fit me in for a second appointment for the Friday, although they were extremely busy. Hannah recommended different ear drops to the ones I had been using to try and soften the compacted wax. I returned on the Friday and Hannah and Lyndsey were able to complete the treatment successfully.Really good, helpful and professional service. Wouldn’t hesitate to return or recommend. Thank you

This is my first visit and in truth it was a very pleasant experience. I was seen by Hannah. She explained everything I needed to know very eloquently, she is professional, knowledgeable, courteous and efficient. I have no hesitation in recommending this establishment. My sincere thanks for making me feel so much better.

Went today. Been before. As usual great polite welcome. Was catered to all my enquires and was was given advice. Was told all about the procedure. Pleasant experience and left with a smile and my hearing back. So win win. Recommend if you have any problems

After being sent by my GP to their own treatment room to get ear syringing, I was left not only with my ear still fully blocked with wax but also water left behind which caused an infection.I decided to book an appointment and the whole process was excellent. Lovely building, great staff and no waiting times.My appointment was with Hannah who was really friendly and explained everything clearly to put me at ease. You get to see a before and after of inside the ear so you can clearly see what work has been done, and the micro-suction process was fast and painless. Hannah also booked a free follow up appointment to clear everything again after my course of antibiotics, which I’m grateful for.If you are suffering with wax buildup or hearing issues I can’t recommend Liverpool Hearing Centre and Hannah enough, definitely money well spent.

Absolutely amazing! Staff were so lovely , helpful.. I’d been suffering from a blocked ear for 2 weeks ! And they gave me an appointment same day as i contacted them and I even got there an hour ! Early and they seem to me . So reassuring, patient lovely place definitely will be going back !
