Ascent Dental Care Malvern

I visited ascent dental recently after a gap of some years for some extractions and dental work.I’ve been really impressed, my dentist was sensitive to my needs ( can’t remember her name) she was gentle, attentive, professional and reassuring,I had a call the morning after my extractions to see how I was, which I really appreciated too.The Practice is Modern and clean and the staff are open and friendly.I recommend ascent.

The treatment I have received here has been excellent. They have also been very accommodating to fit in my treatment, my work rota has made it really awkward. All the staff do their best to ensure you are at ease and comfortable. I would definitely recommend having any treatment at this practice.

Very efficient dental practice. The receptionists are very professional and helpful and the dental treatment I have had with James was extremely well explained and executed. Fully recommend.

I can't recommend Ascent dental enough! After my friend recommended to me for my dental anxiety. I had several previous bad experiences with dental and other healthcare that developed into severe anxiety from being unable to trust .Ascent dental are extremely professional and also careing of thier paintents and also genuinely proud to do excellent work for thier paintents and looking after them , pre, during and post treatments, worth every single penny! And wish I had gone a lot sooner! I'm actually looking forward to my next appointment! Words I never in a million years I never thought I would say! As helped me to gain my trust back in having my teeth looked after. If you have dental anxiety, Ascent is in no doubt the place to go.

From day 1 with Ascent Dental Care, Malvern, they have been superb!The whole team is friendly, helpful, empathic, calming, holistic, professional, and a high-tech practice!I have previously feared going to the Dentist however my anxiety melted away within minutes of talking to Jas.Everything was explained to me prior to intervention and also during it, there were no surprises and no pain!I felt reassured and comforted throughout the whole process, and all my concerns were validated, no matter how small.They have 0% payment plans for treatments, which is incredibly helpful in this cost of living crisis.Now the tables have turned as I now look forward to going to the Dentist instead of dreading it.Highly recommend this practice, if you have a fear of dentists, then fear no more.

Had an issue where my impacted wisdom tooth decided to make itself known. As this was the second time immense pain struck, I wanted it out of my mouth. I contacted Ascent Dental who scheduled me for an appointment with a dentist straight away.The nurse called me in within minutes of arriving then took my history as I was a new patient at this surgery. After that I was brought through for a consultation with the dentist. A check up and x-ray later we had an understanding of why I was in pain. Dentist was great (apologies for not remembering your name), he explained the procedure and possible complications, then we agreed on a way forward.Day of the surgery was pretty much the same. His 10 years of experience was evident as he extracted the tooth almost effortlessly. A fantastic doctor for sure! Finally they gave me a care pack with instructions on how to look after my wound post surgery, and extra gauze should bleeding occur.I cannot recommend thus surgery more! Thank you for all your help!

Whilst going to the dentist is probably something most people don't look forward to, I would definitely recommend Ascent, especially if you either need very specific treatment (such as a wisdom tooth removal as in my case) OR are a nervous patient needing some additional support.I had been in constant pain from one of my wisdom teeth for months and the other dental practice I'd been to just said it was part of the process of the tooth coming through but having been to Ascent and had a detailed x-ray, it was clear there was a potential issue and within 4 appointments over 6 weeks, I'd gone from initial check up to removal!The team at Ascent are great, everyone from the reception and nurse teams who are very friendly and welcoming to the dentists who are very knowledgeable and put you at ease - would highly recommend Ascent!

‘Lost’ an old crown and insufficient original tooth to take a replacement, so extraction was needed. This was done on a Saturday without any problem, although I was apprehensive!Very impressed with the treatment at the time and the follow up by the surgery over the next few days! Thank you.

After having 5 teeth out, 4 months without any top teeth pleased to now have my new top set. Cannot thank Ascent enough, and to James, for the professional and caring approach. Would highly recommend
