My washer was broke with all the clothes stuck inside. I rang John and he came the same day and fixed it. I found him to be very professional and a great price for same day service. He's a star he saved the day!!

I would put no stars but you have to click on 1. Despite an appointment booked and confirmed the company then changed the date to 13 days later. Also hung up on me when complained and then lied when the complaint was investigated by D&G. Appalling company.

John came around today to fix the clock timer on my Rangemaster double oven. He came recommended by the chap that cleaned my oven - he said he'd been recommending him for years and he's never let him down. I can well believe it after the experience I had today. What can I say. He's courteous, prompt, super capable and a genuinely nice guy. His price was extremely fair too! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Northwest Appliance Care to anyone!

Highly recommendedJohn has just installed (my supplied) replacement built-in oven and a separate replacement built in microwave from a different manufacturer into my existing kitchen units.He has done a very good neat professional job at a very reasonable price.
